Is this real plaster?
The finish reads as hand-troweled plaster, but the body is resin composite over a metal armature — lighter and more durable than solid plaster, with the same matte textured look. Each piece is hand-sanded for a unique surface.
Which size should I pick?
47″ small — dining rooms and breakfast areas with 9 ft ceilings. 60″ large — great rooms, double-height foyers, stairwells with 12 ft+ ceilings (a statement-scale fixture).
What bulbs does it use? Are they included?
8 E14 candelabra-base bulbs, up to 40W each (or LED equivalent), not included. Pick warm-white candle LEDs for a flickering-candle effect, or clear filament bulbs for vintage warmth.
What does “handcrafted” mean for surface quality?
Hand-sanded surface — expect minor marks, tone variation, and texture differences from photos. Part of the craft, not defects. If a uniform surface is critical, this piece may not suit you.
