It takes one E27 bulb — the large Edison screw. US E26 bulbs thread into E27 and run on 120V, so standard US bulbs work fine. A warm-white (2700K) LED makes the gold flecks glow against the white glaze.
Close, but not identical. The gold splash is applied by hand over the white glaze, so the scatter and density of the flecks vary from piece to piece. That variation is part of the character — the photograph shows a representative sample.

Wipe the glazed surface with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, and abrasive pads, which can dull the glaze and the gold over time. Keep the cord and socket area dry.
