FAQ
Can I adjust how low the rings hang?
The canopy includes multiple cord attachment points. Cords can be cut shorter at installation to raise or lower the fixture, but this is done once during setup by an electrician. The total maximum drop is 3.1 inches from canopy to ring.
What's the actual diameter of each ring size?
Three sizes: 19.6 inches, 23.6 inches, and 31.5 inches across the ring opening. The three-ring versions combine one small, one medium, and one large ring stacked at different heights.
Does the alabaster ring emit light all around or just from the surface?
The carved alabaster surface glows when the LEDs inside light up. Light travels through the stone, so you see illumination across the entire carved face of the ring.
What's the difference between warm white and cool white?
Warm white is softer and yellower, better for bedrooms and living rooms. Cool white is brighter and whiter, better suited to kitchens and work areas. Both variants are the same price.
