FAQ
Can I use regular light bulbs or does it need Edison bulbs?
The fixture is designed for Edison-style bulbs, which have the exposed filament look. Standard A19 or LED bulbs will fit the socket but won't match the aesthetic. Check the wattage and base type before buying bulbs—most Edison bulbs are available at hardware stores.
How long does the rope hang down, and will it fit my ceiling height?
The longest drop across all three sizes is 57 inches total—that's the rope plus the metal ring. If your ceiling is 8 feet (96 inches), you'll have about 39 inches from the fixture down to your table. Measure the distance from your ceiling to the surface below before ordering.
Is the rope treated or will it fray and shed over time?
The rope is jute with knotted tassels. Jute is natural material and will show wear as it ages—loose fibers and slight unraveling are normal. The knots at the ends help slow fraying, but it's not sealed or treated to stop it completely.
Do all three sizes have the same number of bulbs per strand?
V1 and V2 both have 6 bulbs. V3 has 8 bulbs spread wider. The bulbs hang at different angles in each size, so the light distribution changes with the diameter.
