FAQ
How much of the 59.1 inches is cord versus the lamp itself?
The globe takes up roughly 13 to 17 inches of that height. The rest is cord and mounting stem. You can shorten the cord during installation to fit your exact ceiling height.
Does the frosted glass get hot?
The shade stays warm but not dangerously hot during normal use. Avoid touching it while the bulb is on, and let it cool before adjusting anything.
Can I use this in a room with a 7-foot ceiling?
No. This fixture's total drop is 59.1 inches. A 7-foot ceiling gives you only 84 inches, which leaves very little clearance and won't look right. You need at least 8.5 feet of clear ceiling height.
What type of bulb goes inside?
Standard E26 socket. Use LED or incandescent. The frosted globe works with most bulb shapes and wattages rated for indoor pendant use. Check your bulb's max wattage before installing.
