How many glass balls are on each size?

V1–V4 have roughly 24 balls. V5–V8 have about 48 balls across two strands. V9–V12 have around 50 balls in one wide strand. V13–V16 have about 60 balls. V17–V20 have approximately 75 balls. V21–V24 have roughly 90 balls.

Can I adjust the cord length?

Yes. The cord is cut to order to fit your ceiling height. Tell us your drop distance when you order.

What is warm light versus cool light?

Warm light is amber-toned and soft, like a 2700K bulb. Cool light is bright white, like a 4000K bulb. Both use LED.

What is the difference between Triac dimmer and remote control dimmer?

Triac dimming has a wall-mounted dial you turn to adjust warmth. Remote control dimmer has a wireless remote to adjust brightness. Both are included in the purchase.
