What is the shade made of?
The diffuser is frosted fabric in white or opaque black. It hides the bulb and spreads light evenly across the room.
Can this be dimmed?
Yes. Triac dimming is available as a build option when you order. Let our support team know at service@yyjlxlighting.com if you want dimming wired in.
Can I change the cord length?
Yes. We build the cord to your ceiling height. The standard versions range from 11.8 to 47.2 inches tall, but you can order a custom drop length that fits your space exactly.
Will this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes. The standard canopy mounts flat, but we build custom canopies for sloped ceilings. Just provide your ceiling pitch before ordering and we'll set it up to hang plumb.
Does this plug into a standard outlet?
No. This fixture is hardwired, so an electrician connects it directly to your ceiling electrical box. It runs on standard US household power (AC 110–240V).
Is this approved for use in the US and do you ship here?
