FAQ
What bulbs does the Capsula use, and will US bulbs fit?
It takes two E14 bulbs. E14 is the European small screw base (14 mm), which is not the same as the US E12 candelabra base. In the US, buy bulbs marked E14, or use an inexpensive E12-to-E14 adapter, so they thread in correctly. Warm white (2700K) suits the stone.
Is the stone real, and why does each one look different?
The panels are natural alabaster, a translucent stone. Because it's natural, the veining, tone, and how the light passes through vary from piece to piece — that variation is the character, not a flaw. The photograph shows a representative sample.
How big is it, and where does it fit?
It's 17.7″ tall, 3.1″ wide, and projects 4.3″ from the wall — a slim profile. It suits a hallway, a bedside wall, a powder room, or mounted on either side of a mirror.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
