FAQ
How much does the alabaster stone weigh, and will my ceiling support it?
We don't list stone weight specs. You need a licensed electrician to assess your ceiling joists and wiring before installation. Multi-head versions (V3–V10) are heavier than single heads and require proper support.
Can I trim the cord or chain on these pendants?
You can work with an electrician to adjust drop length within limits. The longest available drop is 98.4 inches (V9 and V10). Shorter drops must stay above the minimum hang height of the canopy.
Does the brass version tarnish, and how do I clean the alabaster?
Brass will age and develop patina over time. Wipe the alabaster stone gently with a dry or barely damp soft cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners on the stone.
What's the difference between the single pendant (V1/V2) and the multi-head versions?
V1 and V2 are 11.8 inches tall with one 4.7-inch globe. V3–V10 are hanging systems with 2, 3, 5, or 7 globes on separate cords, ranging from 59.1 to 98.4 inches tall. Multi-head versions require a wider ceiling canopy and professional install.
