The double layer is the secret to that softness. Light passes through two rippled layers of fabric before it reaches the room, so the bulb disappears completely and the glow comes out even and gentle, with the waves showing as soft shadows in the shade. The gold fitting above adds just enough polish to keep it from feeling rustic.

Mind the Jump Between Sizes
The small size is half the width of the medium — there is nothing in between. The ⌀9.8″ is taller than it is wide, a small accent; the two larger sizes are wide, statement shades.
Hang the bottom 30 to 36″ above a table, and keep at least 7 ft of clear headroom in any walkway. Add the shade’s own height to the drop. Contact us to confirm the cable drop.
Shade Colour
Gold & White is the brighter, fresher choice and suits a white or pale room. Gold & Beige glows warmer and more golden, and suits wood, linen and a French-country look.

E26 for North America, E27 for Europe and Australia. A warm white (2700–3000K) LED bulb gives the soft, cosy glow this shade is designed for.
Use LED Bulbs Only — Fabric Shade
The shade is fabric, and a hot incandescent or halogen bulb can scorch or discolour fabric over time. Fit a cool-running LED. For the Edison look, use an LED filament bulb — the same appearance without the heat.

Dry Indoor Rooms Only
IP20 is not a damp rating. It offers no protection against moisture, so this lamp is for dry indoor rooms only — not for bathrooms, not directly above a hob, and not for covered porches or anywhere outdoors. Fabric also absorbs damp and marks permanently.
Installation and Care
Installation
Hardwired ceiling installation is required. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended. Support the shade from underneath while fitting, rather than gripping the waves.
Dust It Dry — Never Wet the Fabric
Dust with a soft dry brush along the waves, or a hairdryer on cool held at a distance. Never use water or sprays — a wet mark leaves a permanent ring on pale fabric.
Wipe the gold with a dry microfibre cloth only; polish and cleaners strip plated finishes.
