This pendant light features a striking amber-hued dome shade, complemented by metallic and wooden accents.
The warm, glowing amber colour creates a cosy and inviting ambiance when lit.
Perfect for adding a touch of retro-modern charm to dining areas, kitchens, or living spaces, it serves as both a functional light source and a stylish decorative piece.
An amber shade does something a white one cannot: it tints the light itself. Everything under it warms a shade or two, which is flattering over a dining table and in the evening, and is the reason amber glass reads as retro rather than simply coloured.
Two sizes, in walnut wood and amber.

Before You Order
The Dome Is Acrylic, and It Needs LED
The amber dome is acrylic, not glass. Acrylic is lighter and will not shatter, but it does not tolerate heat.
Never fit an incandescent, halogen, or Edison filament bulb. Sustained heat yellows acrylic, and a dome shape traps that heat directly above the bulb. Yellowed or warped acrylic does not recover.
Use a cool-running LED. For the retro filament look this design suggests, fit an LED filament bulb.
Dry Indoor Rooms Only
IP20, for dry indoor locations. The fixture also has solid wood, which moves and cracks with humidity. Keep it out of bathrooms, and not directly above a hob where grease films the acrylic. Not for covered porches or anywhere outdoors.
Features
Amber Tinted Light
The shade warms the light passing through it, so the whole room under it reads a little golder.
Walnut and Metal
Warm timber against metal fittings, which is what keeps the retro shape feeling modern.
Acrylic, Not Glass
Lighter than a glass dome of the same size, and it will not shatter if knocked.
Choosing a Model
| Model | Dimensions | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Model A | ⌀13.8″ × H9.4″ | A breakfast bar, a hallway, or a pair or trio over a kitchen island |
| Model B | ⌀16.5″ × H13.8″ | A dining table for four to six, or a living room corner as a single statement |
Model B is not just wider, it is noticeably deeper too, so it hangs with more presence. Over a table, hang the bottom 30 to 36″ above the surface; in a walkway, keep at least 7 ft of clear headroom underneath. Group multiples 24 to 30″ apart.
Bulbs
E26 or E27, Not Included
Takes a standard E26 bulb in the US and Canada, or E27 in Europe, the UK, and Australia.
Because the dome is open underneath and the shade is translucent, an LED filament bulb suits this best. The visible filament is part of the retro look, and the amber tint flatters it.
Stay at 2700–3000K warm white. The amber shade already pushes the light golden, so a cool bulb fights the shade instead of working with it and can end up looking muddy rather than warm.

Care
Acrylic Scratches More Easily Than Glass
Clean the dome with a soft microfibre cloth and a little mild soapy water, then dry it. Never use paper towels, abrasive cloths, or solvent cleaners — ammonia and alcohol-based glass sprays craze acrylic and leave fine cracks that cannot be removed.
Wipe the walnut with a dry cloth only. No polish, no water.
Keep it out of strong direct sunlight, which yellows acrylic and fades timber over time.
