Overview
Two layers of hand-cut stone: a small alabaster globe suspended inside an alabaster dome.
The globe holds the bulb and sits just below the open rim of the dome. Light passes through stone twice before it reaches the room, which is why there is no hotspot and no glare, only an even warm glow.
Brass throughout for the stem, canopy, and the joint between dome and globe, hand-finished in a warm tone.
Available as a single pendant in two sizes, or as a cascade of three to fifteen buds for a stairwell.
Before You Order
Use LED G9 Bulbs Only
The socket is G9, and most G9 bulbs on the shelf are still halogen. Do not fit halogen here. The bulb sits enclosed inside a small stone globe with nowhere for heat to escape, and repeated heating and cooling stresses natural alabaster, which already contains fine fissures.
Fit a warm white LED G9 at 2700–3000K. Bulbs are not included, and it is easiest to screw the bulb in before the fixture goes up.
Never Let Liquid Near the Stone
Alabaster is soft and porous. Water, soap, vinegar, citrus, and any liquid cleaner soak in, stain permanently, dull the translucence, and etch the polished surface.
Clean the stone with a dry soft cloth or a soft brush only. The brass can take a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry one, but keep the moisture off the alabaster.
Check the Drop on Cascades
The multi-head versions are tall. The 3-head hangs 59.1″, and the 15-head reaches 157.5″, just over 13 feet.
A standard 8 ft ceiling gives about 96″, so anything above the 5-head belongs in a stairwell or a double-height space. Rods are cut to length, so tell us your ceiling height at the time of ordering.

About the Stone
Veining, Translucence, and Fine Fissures
Each piece carries the veining, translucence, and small natural fissures of the block it was cut from. These show most clearly when the light is on, and they are the character of real stone rather than damage.
Your pendant will not match the photographs exactly, and in a cascade every bud will glow a little differently from its neighbour.
