Overview
A soft, cloud-like dome that diffuses light with no visible bulb.
The shade has the texture of a cloud caught mid-form, and because it is a closed dome rather than an open shade, nothing glares. The whole surface glows evenly instead.
It is also shallow, under 9″ deep, so it sits close to the ceiling and works in rooms where a long pendant would be in the way.
Two sizes, in white or brown.
Before You Order
Fit an LED Bulb, Nothing Else
The shade is resin. Never fit an incandescent, halogen, or Edison filament bulb. Resin yellows with sustained heat and can soften or distort, and this is an enclosed dome with nowhere for that heat to go.
Use a cool-running LED only. If you want the look of a visible filament, an LED filament bulb gives it without the heat. Contact us to confirm the maximum wattage before buying bulbs.
Dry Indoor Rooms Only
IP20, for dry indoor locations. Not for bathrooms, not directly above a sink or hob, and not for covered porches or anywhere outdoors.

Over a dining table, aim for the bottom of the dome 30 to 36″ above the surface. In a walkway, keep at least 7 ft of clear headroom underneath.
White or Brown
Two Very Different Moods
White disappears into a pale ceiling and gives the brightest, cleanest light. The obvious choice in a light, minimal room.
Brown reads warmer and heavier, sitting closer to timber and leather tones. It shows as an object against a white ceiling rather than blending in, and tints the light slightly warmer.

The socket takes a standard E26 bulb in the US and Canada, or E27 in Europe, the UK, and Australia.
A warm white LED at 2700–3000K suits a bedroom or dining room; 4000K is better if this is lighting a kitchen or a workspace.

Care
Keep It Out of Direct Sunlight
Dust with a dry soft cloth, or a barely damp one followed by drying. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners, which dull the resin surface.
Strong direct sunlight will yellow a pale resin shade over time, so think twice about hanging the white version directly in front of a large south-facing window.
