FAQ
How much space do I need between ceiling and floor for V3?
V3 hangs 98.4 inches (8 feet 2 inches) down from the canopy. You need at least that much clear drop to the floor or table. A 10-foot ceiling gives you 22 inches of breathing room above your head.
Are the wood orbs solid or hollow?
They are hollow wooden spheres. The light inside shines through the wood, so you see the grain pattern glow. They're not solid blocks.
Can I use V8 or V9 over a kitchen island instead of a staircase?
Yes. V8 spreads 30 orbs across 23.6 inches wide and hangs 98 inches down. V9 spreads 36 orbs across 35.4 inches and hangs 118 inches. Both work over an island if your ceiling is tall enough. They're horizontal layouts, not vertical clusters.
What's the difference between V5 and V7 if they both have 30 orbs?
V5 is a vertical cluster 30 orbs tall (196.8 inches / 16.4 feet drop). V7 is also vertical but taller (315 inches / 26.3 feet drop) and wider (35.4 inches diameter). V7 is for very tall spaces like a stairwell in a mansion or a commercial atrium. V8 and V9 are rectangular 30- and 36-orb layouts if you want width instead of height.
