Lighting & Dimming
Warm Light, Dimmable Option
Standard orders ship in warm white (3000K).
Choose the dimmable version for brightness control. It needs a Triac dimmer switch for smooth, flicker-free results.
Other Color Temperatures
Neutral white (4000K) and cool white (6000K) can be arranged. Contact support before placing your order.

Shipping Creases Fade
The Tyvek shade is folded for shipping, so it can arrive with light creases.
They relax and fade once the lamp is installed, as the material settles with warmth and light.
Not Lighting Up After Installation?
Check the terminals first. The positive (+) terminal must connect to the positive wire and the negative (−) to the negative wire.
Reversed terminals are the most common reason a newly installed unit stays dark.
