How tall does Siyuan hang? Will it fit over my dining table?

The longest drop is 59 inches from canopy to shade bottom. Measure from your ceiling to tabletop. Most tables need at least 30-36 inches of clearance, so Siyuan works in standard 8-foot and 9-foot ceilings.

What's the difference between the wood color, walnut, and black finishes?

Wood color is natural light oak. Walnut is a darker brown stain. Black is a dark finish. All three are solid, hand-applied finishes on real wood. The shade shape is identical across all colors.

Can I use this over a kitchen island? What size should I pick?

Yes. For a 3-foot island, try the 3-light versions (15.7" or 19.7" wide). For a 4-foot-plus island, go with 5 lights (27.6" wide for linear). The 9 and 11-light versions suit 5+ foot surfaces.
