Overview
Alabaster flowers on a metal stem.
The petals are carved from real stone, which is translucent enough to glow from within rather than simply catch the light.
It reads as a small sculpture on the wall when it is switched off, and as a soft warm bloom when it is on.

It Is Heavier and Deeper Than It Looks
The lamp weighs 8.8 lb (4 kg) and projects 7.5″ from the wall, which is a lot for a sconce.
Mount it into a stud or a proper anchor rather than plasterboard alone, and keep it out of a narrow hallway or beside a door where people brush past.
Bulb Not Included, 15W Maximum
Takes one small candelabra bulb: E12 in the US and Canada, E14 in the EU, UK, and Australia.
Do not exceed 15W. A warm LED at 2700 to 3000K gives the stone its best glow.
