What does the 50cm width actually look like over my island?

Can I use a regular dimmer switch with the V2?
Yes. The V2 has triac warm dimming built in, which means it works with any standard wall dimmer. The V1 fixed light cannot be dimmed.
How much ceiling clearance do I need?
The shade hangs 59 inches from the ceiling canopy. You need at least 8 feet of total ceiling height so the bottom of the shade clears a dining table or kitchen counter safely.
Is the white shade fabric easy to clean?
The shade is acrylic. Dust it with a dry cloth or gently wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners that can scratch or dull the material.
