What is the base made of?
Hand-cast concrete, sealed against minor moisture. The concrete base alone weighs more than the glass shade, keeping the lamp stable on any flat surface.
Can I dim this lamp?
The lamp ships with an inline on/off switch. Dimming is a made-to-order option — contact service@yyjlxlighting.com to request a triac dimmer control.
Where is the switch and how long is the cord?
The on/off switch sits on the cord itself, 59 inches from the plug to the lamp base. Cord and drop lengths are made to order — email service@yyjlxlighting.com for custom lengths.
What height surface does it suit?
At 11.8 inches tall, the Hearth fits standard nightstands (28–32 inches), side tables, and desks. The 7.9-inch base diameter is proportioned for surfaces 18 inches wide or larger.
