FAQ
How many individual charcoal pieces hang from this fixture?
The exact count varies by model size and your photos show the density increases with larger canopies. Smallest round (V1, V2) has fewer pieces; largest round (V7, V8) and all long models show denser charcoal clusters. We don't publish an exact piece count because manufacturing and natural variation affect the final look.
What's the difference between Warm Light and Cool Light?
Every size comes in both. Warm Light has a softer, more golden tone. Cool Light is brighter and more neutral white. Pick based on your room's existing lighting and mood you want. Same price either way.
Do I need a double-height room to use the tallest models?
Not required. V7, V8, V9 through V24 all drop 98.4 inches, so they work best in rooms with at least 9 feet of ceiling space. Standard 8-foot ceilings are too low. Check your ceiling height before ordering.
What's the difference between the round and long canopy models?
Round canopies (V1–V8) are circular and hang straight down. Long canopies (V9–V24, labeled S through Z) measure 39.4" long × 13.8" wide and mount horizontally. Use rounds for central focal points and longs for hallways, corridors, or linear spaces.
