Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended. Even small concrete shades are heavier than they look; make sure the ceiling box is securely fixed.

Switch off and let the bulb cool. Dust the concrete and wood with a soft, dry cloth or brush. Avoid water and chemical cleaners; handmade concrete may show small pores and tonal variation — part of its character.
