Broken pieces replaced promptly, great communication

The instructions weren't the clearest, but my husband, who is handy, was able to install it without any issues. Several pieces came broken, but after contacting the company they sent more than enough to fix it. They had great communication and the light is beautiful. It has been installed for 3 months without any issues.
