What is the frame made of?
Solid polished brass. The finish is uncoated, so it develops a natural patina over time — a desired feature for classic interiors. Dust regularly to slow this process.
Can I dim this fixture?
Yes, with a compatible triac dimmer switch. Dimming capability is built in. Check your local electrical code or consult an electrician for installation.
Can I adjust the drop length or chain?
Yes. The brass chain is 19.7 inches and can be shortened during installation by removing links. For ceilings above 12 feet, contact service@yyjlxlighting.com to arrange a longer chain.
Does this work on sloped or vaulted ceilings?
